用途：

袋中袋生產線是源于現代生產需要而開發(fā)的一組生產線，其**終工作目的是把小袋包裝機所生產的成品按定量方式裝入大袋的包裝袋中，然后封合成成品。此生產線可以為企業(yè)減少大量的生產工作人員， 大幅度提高生產效率，降低了企業(yè)的生產成本。

袋中袋生產線由以下幾步驟實現

風力除塵輸送機——小袋提升輸送機——儲料過渡斗和振動輸送機——小袋供料提升機——多頭電子秤和不合格組合產品回收——包裝機供料提升機——水平包裝機——稱重選別稱 。

Usage

The production line invented base on modern production requirement , the final purpose is to put the finished products produced by the small bag packaging machine into large bags in a quantitative way, and then seal the finished products.The production line can reduce a lot of workers ,enhance productivity ,thus reduce factory production labors.

Production line is implemented in the following steps:

Wind dust removal conveyor-small bag elevating conveyer-the storing transition bucket and vibrating conveyer-small bag feeding elevator –multi-head combination electronic scale and unqualified products recycling –packaging machine feeding elevator –horizontal packaging machine –weighing sorting machine .
